It was a mixed reaction for the All Progressives Congress (APC), in Lagos as the National leader of the party Asiwaju Bola Tinubu won his Polling Unit 047, Ward 3, at Sunday Adigun, Alausa, in Ikeja, while its Governorship candidate Babajide Sanwo-Olu lost his unit to the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).


For Tinubu’s unit, the results announced at the polling centre showed that APC polled 121 votes as against 53 polled by the PDP.
In the Senatorial election, APC scored 134 votes to defeat PDP, which polled 46 votes, while the House Representatives election saw APC securing 124 votes against PDP 45.

It was not good news for the Lagos APC governorship candidate Sanwo-Olu, as he lost 48 to 52 votes against the PDP, in his Femi Okunnu polling unit, Lateef Jakande, Ikoyi.
